These amendments are being promulgated for the purpose of updating minimum standards for licensed home nursing care and home care providers in this state Rhode Island, including requirement for Certificate of Need review pursuant to PL 2011-212 & PL 2011-250. Notice was originally posted as superceding ERLID 4845. However, ERLID 4845 was superceded by ERLID 7009 prior to promulgation of these regulations.
