Purpose and Reason

Rules, Regulations and Standards for Licensing Agencies Providing Services or Support to Adults with Developmental Disabilities in RI, filed in May of 2008, unintentionally omitted changes that were the result of public comments to Section IV to include: insertion of "who work with individuals supported" into H.C. 12.2.1.4 b, and the insertion of "urinary" into H.C. 13.2.6 b. With this Technical Revision filing, these changes are now added.
