For the purpose of establishing standards for the implementation of a medical marijuana program in Rhode Island
Emergency re-filing is necessary at this time in order to implement the provisions of Public Law 05-443 enacted on January 3, 2006 that required regulations to be adopted within 120 days of the effective date of the Act. In accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act, a public hearing has been scheduled on this matter.
