Each calendar year following the year of formation, an annual report is due during the stated statutory filing period. Annual reports remitted more than 60 days prior to the designated filing period will be rejected and ONLY the statutory filing fee will be refunded.

If you do not wish to file online, you must submit a paper filing form provided by this office. Screenshots of online filing forms will not be accepted as a paper filing.
Business Corporation
- Filing Period: January 1 – March 1
- Filing Fee: $50*
- Late Filing Penalty Fee: $25 applied April 1

Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Filing Period: September 1 – November 1
- Filing Fee: $50*
- Late Filing Penalty Fee: $25 applied December 2
- *Online Filing Enhanced Access Fee: $2.50 before Dec. 2/$3.00 on Dec. 2
Non-Profit Corporation
- Filing Period: June 1 – June 30
- Filing Fee: $20*
- Late Filing Penalty Fee: $25 applied July 31

Benefit Corporation
- Filing Period: within 120 days following fiscal year end
- Filing Fee: $60
- Late Filing Penalty Fee: $25 applied 30 days after end of the filing period
