The Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council is an independent, non-profit, non-partisan voice and catalyst for effective, efficient and equitable government in Rhode Island. Since its founding in 1932, RIPEC has worked to develop solutions to critical challenges facing the Ocean State by providing accurate, objective research and focusing public attention on those issues.
RIPEC is recognized as a source for unbiased research and analysis on a wide range of topics.
