The journals record information concerning "Acres Flowed" and "When Reported"by name and location of each dam. Indexes at the front of each volume indicate the page on which entries for a particular dam may be found. The records also include Commissioner correspondence files spanning the years 1919-1927.The correspondence ranges from calls for services and payments to leasing of property to Commissioner attendance of conferences.
